Founded in 2008 by Jarrett Vaughan, Blue Aspect Properties is a catalyst for assisting its investors who are seeking above market returns. Focusing on the business of real estate investing in Western Canada, Blue Aspect Properties acquire long term assets in the residential market.

Jarrett spent 10 years working in the luxury hotel business for brands such as Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Utilizing his hospitality experience, Blue Aspect Properties has the unique approach where tenants are treated with respect and dignity, as hotels treat their guests. Tenants are valued business partners and clients, removing the friction from the landlord/tenant relationship.

Jarrett is also a University Professor, teaching marketing at University of British Columbia Sauder School of Business and Langara College.

Asset Class

At Blue Aspect Properties, we are typically purchasing C+ class assets that are in need of rehabilitation. Through the rehabilitation process, we are able to increase the value of the asset. In the past we have owned single family homes, townhouses, condos and apartment buildings.
